This notice covers the public Chariiot website and support inquiries sent to hello@chariiot.com. It does not describe the Rider or Driver apps, which will have separate privacy information before public availability.

Visiting this website

This site does not use signup forms, analytics trackers, advertising scripts or payment collection. Our hosting provider, Render, processes technical connection information such as IP addresses and requested pages to deliver and protect the website. Render’s privacy policy explains its handling of that information.

Contacting support

If you email hello@chariiot.com, we receive your email address and the content you choose to send. We use it to respond to your inquiry. Fastmail hosts our support email. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents to this address.
